This solid, well built palomino colt is by Kinor, a cremello Akhal-Teke sporthorse stallion by Shahkaleah, a liver chestnut mostly CMK bred Arabian mare. Cajun is already showing his natural athletic ability, pictured here at only a week old, he is well muscled and has excellent conformation.
From the looks of him, he should be very versatile from endurance to sporthorse events, maybe even some working western with that strong hip of his. He has straight legs, small typey Arabian head, tiny ears, big eyes, arched neck, and a long sloping well muscled hindend. Cajun should shed out to be a dark golden palomino.
He is handled every day and is learning to lead, tie and pick up his feet. At a month old he will go out on 20 acres of grass pasture with the other horses and be exposed to a river, ponds, and cattle. I will wean him at 3 – 4 months of age.
